Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you have a road trip to Lake Mburo National Park which is set in western Uganda about 4 hours’ drive from Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara route.
En-route; make a stopover at Mpambire drum makers’ village to observe and also learn how local make drums. Arrive early enough and have lunch at your preferred safari lodge in Lake Mburo National Park.
After, you have an afternoon boat ride to Lake which gets you the best sight at huge concentration of hippos, crocodiles, water birds as well as topis, elands, warthogs, buffaloes that roam along the lake shores.
